Jaz Hilderman: Clients with a variety of fitness levels and fitness goals. As a Personal trainer and health coach, Jaz can give clients an intro to weight lifting (rehab or mobility) all the way to a more competitive athlete training schedule.

I am Jaz Hilderman. I'm a cheerful and creative individual who finds joy in exploring various aspects of life. I believe in spreading positivity and embracing new experiences. I'm passionate about learning, connecting with people and making a differnece in the world.
While growing up I saw the negative health effects on those close to me, and I know that exercise can tremendously change those negative outcomes. I have taken interest in exercise and fitness for as long as I can remember and want to help people find the intrinsic value of and joy of exercise. I'm excited to get to know the wonderful people here in Cardston, and help a variety of motivation levels to train, to change and to challenge themselves in physically.
